On Sunday we decided that we should have a campfire and make s'mores. Sweet Baby Meat had never had s'mores and I couldn't even remember the last time I had, so after some lunch of leftover birthday party eats...
we piddled around until it got cool enough to sit remotely close to a fire.
After the fire was ready it was time to get to toasting some marshmallows.
Sweet Baby Meat LOVED them! And of course he did..what 3 year old wouldn't love a s'more. I had forgotten how good they were too.
We actually used some extra chocolate icing leftover from our birthday cupcakes which was delish! I'm not big on having a huge chunk of chocolate on my s'more because I like it to be all melty and gooey and I can never get a candy bar to do that. But these were definately melty and gooey!
The Princess wanted a s'more too.
Luckily she is easily distracted.
Unlike someone else. His entire world revolved around marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers that night.
But who wouldn't want to live in a s'more world..right!
I know I would! And I'm pretty sure I could get my Sweet Baby Meat to come with me! That's my boy!
